Join First Student as a School Bus Monitor and help ensure the safety and comfort of the students we serve every day. In this part-time role, you'll support the driver, assist students during pickup and drop-off, and help maintain a positive and secure environment on the bus.

What You'll Do:
• Assist the driver with the safe operation of the route
• Help students load and unload safely, including those who need extra assistance
• Maintain order and monitor student behavior during transport
• Communicate with the driver, school staff, and parents about student needs or route issues
• Perform child checks, assist with pre-trip and post-trip inspections using Zonar technology
• Help with bus cleaning and safety checks
• Attend required safety and training meetings
