Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across multiple locations and organizational levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, assess hiring strategies, and ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Tailor and optimize recruiting strategies using market insights, automated tools, and proactive sourcing.
Lead or contribute to special recruitment projects and initiatives. Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sourcing and Candidate Development:
Proactively build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking.
Utilize creative sourcing methods such as complex internet searches, cold calling, and sourcing platforms to identify passive candidates.
Relationship Building and Community Engagement:
Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, military bases, and other external groups to enhance the recruitment process.
Represent the company at career fairs, job shows, conferences, and other community events, promoting the organization's brand and career opportunities.
Provide exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations and Compliance:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, pre-employment background checks, and onboarding
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and company policies, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other compliance regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment metrics such as candidate flow, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and continually improve the recruiting process.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, training) to ensure smooth transitions from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Contribute to the development and execution of specialized recruitment programs (e.g., campus recruiting, military recruitment).
