The Manager Revenue Operations is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of revenue processes across both customer billing and contract lifecycle management. This role serves as a key liaison between Legal, Sales, Billing, and Finance to ensure that contract terms are accurately reflected in financial systems and result in timely and accurate invoicing. The Manager drives process improvements, monitors performance metrics, and ensures end-to-end alignment across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This position may have a specialized focus in either billing operations or contract operations, based on business needs and individual expertise. Performance expectations and objectives will be tailored accordingly. While the role encompasses both billing and contract operations, the successful candidate may have a primary focus in one area based on experience or team needs. Managers will set individual goals and objectives to ensure alignment with business priorities while leveraging each team member's strengths.
