Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee driver hiring and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

• Lead and mentor location trainers on safety protocols and best practices

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and workplace injuries; determine cause and fault

• Prepare, submit, and maintain all required accident-related documentation

• Provide safety training to drivers and attendants on passenger management and related topics

• Conduct driver road checks to evaluate performance

• Supervise employees responsible for safety, driver hiring, or training functions

• Generate reports and analyze trends to improve safety performance

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of transportation or safety-related experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)

• Strong knowledge of federal and state safety and environmental regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Reliable transportation for travel within the service area

• Consistent attendance and punctuality
