Key Responsibilities:
Oversee driver hiring and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor location trainers on safety protocols and best practices
Investigate accidents, incidents, and workplace injuries; determine cause and fault
Prepare, submit, and maintain all required accident-related documentation
Provide safety training to drivers and attendants on passenger management and related topics
Conduct driver road checks to evaluate performance
Supervise employees responsible for safety, driver hiring, or training functions
Generate reports and analyze trends to improve safety performance
Qualifications:
2-3 years of transportation or safety-related experience
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
Strong knowledge of federal and state safety and environmental regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Reliable transportation for travel within the service area
Consistent attendance and punctuality
