  • Job Description SummaryThe Lead Area Recruiter performs the duties of an Area Recruiter while also acting as the leadership liaison between the recruitment team and the Region CX Director. This role includes coaching peers, assisting with challenges, and providing support to ensure the team's operational efficiency and span of control. The Lead Area Recruiter helps drive a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team across multiple locations.
  • Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities
    • . Recruitment Execution and Support:
      • Proactively build and maintain diverse candidate pools using various methods, including online platforms, in-person networking, and community outreach.
      • Ensure a seamless transition of candidates from recruitment to onboarding, partnering with CX Specialists and training teams.
    • Team Leadership and Liaison Duties:
      • Act as the primary point of contact between the recruitment team and the Region CX Director, facilitating clear and timely communication.
      • Provide day-to-day support and coaching to recruitment team members, helping them overcome challenges and stay aligned with recruitment best practices.
      • Lead team meetings and discussions to share insights, best practices, and updates from the Region CX Director.
    • Recruitment Strategy and Optimization:
      • Work with the recruitment team to tailor and optimize recruiting strategies for specific areas, leveraging automated talent acquisition tools and local market insights.
      • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend adjustments to improve candidate flow and hiring outcomes.
      • Relationship Building and Community Engagement:
      • Foster relationships with local community leaders, schools, and other sources of talent to build a robust candidate pipeline.
      • Represent the company at job fairs, trade shows, and community events, promoting company culture and job opportunities.
      • Engage with stakeholders to create and maintain partnerships that support recruitment efforts.
    • Reporting and Compliance:
      • Prepare and submit recruiting reports to the Region CX Director, highlighting key metrics, trends, and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
      • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, federal and state regulations, and industry standards.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Peer Coaching and Support:
      • Provide mentorship and coaching to recruitment team members to develop their skills and support their professional growth.
      • Assist team members with troubleshooting recruitment challenges and implementing solutions that align with company goals.
      • Encourage a collaborative work environment and foster a culture of shared knowledge and continuous learning.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Work closely with Candidate Experience specialists, training teams, Area General Managers and Location Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate onboarding process.
      • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted recruiting campaigns.
      • Support hiring managers by providing guidance on interview techniques and recruitment best practices.

    Pay range - $85000 - $90000



    Minimum Education or Certifications Required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience and/or education preferred.


    Minimum Experience or Skills Required
    • 3 years of relevant recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in a leadership or coaching role within a recruiting or HR team.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on leadership and relationship building.
    • Proficiency in using ATS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.


    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
    • Ability to move within the office, use standard office equipment, and communicate effectively in person or by phone.
    • Must be willing to travel minimally for job fairs, recruiting events, and team support.
    • Ability to lift and set up trade show booths (up to 25 pounds).
