Split shift: 5:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)
Monday-Friday schedule aligned with school operations

Positive and rewarding work environment
Dispatch and communicate with drivers, monitors, and operations staff daily
Counsel and coach drivers and monitors on front-line performance and customer service expectations
Handle heavy phone and radio traffic in a professional and timely manner
Serve as the primary communication liaison between the operation and our contracted customers
Take all scheduling and driver concerns and report them to the Operations Supervisor or Contract Manager
Provide proactive solutions to route, drop-off, and pick-up challenges
May handle charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll as assigned
Assist with special projects and provide back-up coverage for operational needs
Support and assist with supervision of daily transportation operations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic knowledge of radio dispatch equipment and communication systems
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to deliver results under time constraints and deadlines
Prior experience in terminal operations, scheduling, or driver management preferred
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) required
