First Student is hiring a Customer Service Liaison serving the Nampa School District!

The Customer Service Liaison provides customer services relating to locational needs around dispatching and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer complaints are resolved fairly and effectively. Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Monday - Thursday (Occasional Fridays for a couple hours), 10-hour days

$26/HR

Responsibilities:

• Supports Dispatcher as back-up by overseeing routing and scheduling of buses; dispatch buses and provide timely information to drivers on route.

• Provides support through routing and communicates bus status with guardians and customers.

• Provide customer service support through phone calls with guardians and customers.

• Oversees bus arrival and departure situations.

• Handles feedback and complaints from community.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrates is a self-starter

• Time management skills

•Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

•Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel preferred.
