Candidate Experience Specialist (In-Office)

As a Candidate Experience Specialist (CX Specialist), you'll play a key role in welcoming and guiding new hires (drivers, attendants, and location staff) through their onboarding process. This in-office position ensures each candidate feels supported, informed, and ready for their first day of in-person training.

What You'll Do

  • Guide new hires through every step of the onboarding process, from offer to training.

  • Coordinate training schedules (remote, onsite, or hybrid) and ensure readiness for in-person sessions.

  • Serve as the main contact for candidates-answer questions, provide updates, and keep them engaged.

  • Manage documentation and compliance, including background checks and hiring forms.

  • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Training, Safety, and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Track candidate progress and monitor key onboarding metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, customer service, or a related HR function.

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (Workday Recruiting experience is a plus!)

  • A high sense of urgency and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
